About conference tickets
What is included in my conference ticket?
Access to the full seminar programme and the trade fair over two days, including a networking event on the first day of the fair. If you would like to include lunch and coffee, you can do so by adding an optional package when booking.
Can I cancel my conference ticket?
No, the purchase is non-refundable, but you can transfer the ticket to a colleague. If you require assistance with a name change or additions to your booking, please contact samhalle@liveexpo.se, who will assist you for an administrative fee.
What applies once I’ve added cancellation cover?
With cancellation cover, you are protected and will receive a full refund of the conference fee if you are unable to attend the trade fair due to unexpected illness. To apply for a refund of the conference fee, you must provide an original medical certificate, which should be sent to samhalle@liveexpo.se. The refund applies only to the conference fee; it does not cover the cost of cancellation cover, travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may have incurred in connection with your attendance.
What are the rules regarding name changes on my ticket?
You can do this by amending the group details via your booking confirmation. If you require assistance with a name change or adding guests to your booking, please contact samhalle@liveexpo.se, who will assist you for an administrative fee.
Do you offer online lectures?
No, this year we are not offering any digital material, either during or after the fair.
About free trade fair tickets
What is included in my trade fair ticket?
The exhibition and all the sessions on our open stages. If you’d like access to the full programme, you can upgrade your attendance to a conference ticket.
If I want to visit the exhibition for more than one day, do I use the same ticket?
Yes, your ticket is valid for both days.
How do I sign up for the mingle?
You can do this when you book. For our conference participants, the networking event is included in the conference ticket. When you register for a free exhibition ticket, you can add the networking event for a fee via card payment. If you already have a free exhibition ticket, you can access your booking confirmation and amend your activities to add the networking event to your booking.

How do I get my ticket?
Your tickets will be available for collection at the on-site registration desk. Tickets will not be sent out in advance.
A few days before the exhibition begins, you will receive a text message containing a unique barcode. When you arrive at Kistamässan, simply scan the barcode to collect your personalised name badge, which serves as your entry pass to the conference/exhibition.
Can I buy my ticket on the day?
Yes, you can.
How do I register for the morning seminars?
You can sign up when you register your ticket, but you can also sign up by accessing your booking confirmation, changing your activities and adding the morning seminars you wish to attend.
Regarding the morning seminars
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, as the doors may be closed to avoid disruption to speakers and participants. Please do arrive in good time, as there are often queues for the cloakrooms just before the seminars begin.
Regarding the wardrobes
The cloakrooms are located at the entrance next to the exhibition hall, where you can leave your coat and bag for a fee; payment is by card.
During the morning seminars, many visitors arrive at the same time, which often leads to queues at the cloakrooms. We therefore recommend that you plan your arrival well in advance. If you arrive just five minutes before the start, you risk having to queue and consequently missing the beginning of the seminar. You are welcome to bring your jacket into the seminar room and hand it in at the cloakroom after the morning seminar.
On-site cafés and restaurants
There are restaurants and cafés available at the exhibition centre. There are also a number of restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition centre, offering everything from sushi to salads and the daily special.
Allergies
Information about allergies is provided on site in the restaurants and cafés.
Age limit and students
Our trade fairs are strictly trade-only events and are open only to representatives from the business community and the public sector. We do not admit students or jobseekers. Proof of identity may be required, together with a business card or proof of affiliation with a company or organisation, at the entrance – minimum age 18.
Can I bring a pushchair with me?
Due to the layout of the exhibition, pushchairs are unfortunately not permitted in the exhibition hall.
Photographer: photos and videos
There will be a photographer and a videographer on site on both days.
Can I take my own videos and photos?
Yes, on the exhibition floor. But you must make sure you get permission from the person you want to photograph or film. If they do not give their consent, you must respect that.
At some of our sessions, you are not permitted to take photographs or film. You will be informed of this before the panel begins.
